What you bring
- Demonstrated passion, and commitment to working on societal challenges
- First, practical experience (<1 year) in one of the following areas, e.g., through internships:
- Strategy consulting (top-tier consulting experience is a plus), or
- Working on societal challenges with reputable impact organisations, or
- Academic research experience (e.g., as a doctoral candidate or a research assistant)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or transferable work experience
- Structured thinking, analytical and communication skills
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn and passion to contribute to a strong team culture
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with German and French considered an asset
- Based in Berlin (or willing to relocate to Berlin)
Your responsibilities
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, based on client and public data and information, under the guidance of senior colleagues
- Development of presentations or documents with qualitative and quantitative results of own analyses as well as implications and recommendations for action, under the guidance of senior colleagues
- Assistance in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops in digital formats or face-to-face formats
- Assistance in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of client appointments as well as communication with clients within the scope of the responsibilities in the project
- Structuring and planning of own work; Independent implementation in coordination with Project Leaders
- Collaboration with other team members
