- Demonstrated passion and commitment to work on societal challenges
- Experience in top-tier strategy consulting or working on societal challenges with reputable organisations
- Bachelor or Master’s degree from a leading university and outstanding academic record
- Excellent structured thinking, analytical and communication skills
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn and passion to contribute to a strong team culture
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in German and English a prerequisite, French is considered an asset
